Jonathan got into hardcore in 1991, and has so far appeared in over 300 features. He got a bit of a scare during 1993 when it was revealed that he had unprotected sex with Carrie Morgan, a porn star who supposedly had the AIDS virus. Jonathan was quarantined by the industry for about six months before a new test showed that Carrie had not had AIDS after all. He quickly jumped right back into his work and hasn't missed a beat yet.

Jonathan's acting skills have earned him plenty of industry awards, including the 1993 AVN Male Performer of the Year Award. In addition to acting, Jonathan directs and writes features, and he won a 1993 AVN Best Screenplay nod for his work on 'Haunted Nights' .
