Christi came to Los Angeles in late 1995 with the idea that she'd do a few movies just to see what it was like. If she didn't enjoy it, she would return to Minnesota knowing that at least she tried. After her first 3 movies, she was hooked.

Christi decided early on that she wanted to produce movies as well as act in them, so she formed DRIPPING WET PIX and quickly shot her first two movies. SOUTHERN COMFORT, PART I AND II that were loosely based on Tennessee Williams' CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF, but there the similiarity ends. Christi had to change the title of those movies after a threatened lawsuit from the Southern Comfort Liquor Company; they're now titled SEX IN THE DEEP SOUTH and SEX SOUTHERN STYLE. Her next projects were titled DIRECTOR'S WET DREAMS and HOLLYWOOD HOOKERS. Christi's hard work quickly paid off because DIRECTOR'S WETDREAMS was nominated for "Best Featurette" by AVN Magazine in 1997 and she was nominated for "Best Actress". After a few years of producing, she decided she prefered being an actress and sold the rights of her titles to VCA Pictures.

Many people, critics and fans alike, say Christi's main claim to porn fame is her series, FAN FUXXX. She came up with the idea for the series because her fans continually asked her how they could get into the industy. Each movie would featured Christi having sex with real fans. She would choose them from the applications mailed in from around the world and then pick fans to shoot them for the movie. The first FAN FUXXX was released in 1996 and was an immediate hit. Volumes 2, 3 and 4 quickly followed. The series was so popular it was nominated in 1998 for an AVN Award in the "Best Pro-Am Series" category and Christi received a "Best Female Performer" nomination as well.

Christi has also performed in the mainstream media appearing on such shows as THE HOWARD STERN SHOW, an episode of HBO’s SIX FEET UNDER (Season 2) and the movie ORGAZMO (produced by the creators of South Park).

Christi's adult industry awards include a two time F.O.X.E. (Fans Of X-rated Entertainment), “Fan Favorite Award” winner. She also have a Signature line of toys with Las Vegas Novelties.

Christi still does movies for other companies when the opportunity comes up. But, FAN FUXXX continues to be her main focus. Since she started the series back in 1996, many other people have copied the idea but Christi can claim the title of being the first person with the idea...and the best.
