Tianna is most famous for her ability to squirt. Prior to mastering her ability to squirt, she worried about why she always created large wet-spot puddles and believed something was medically wrong with her. She now describes her natural wetness as being like the bottled beverage Propel.

Given her squirting ability, she often appears in movies with other actresses who can squirt on demand, most notably Cytherea, Flower Tucci, and Angela Stone.

In December 2005, Tianna added "marketing" to her resume by being national marketing director for Elegant Angel in addition to performing for them under contract. In March 2006, Tianna retired from performing and focused all her attention into marketing along with directing.
