An early graduate from high school, Rhodes went to three different colleges, not graduating from any of them. She then became a model. After moving to Boston, her photos gathered the attention of a recruiter who convinced her to do nude modeling. In May 26, 2004 she moved to California and began working in the adult industry. Her first adult scene was a girl/girl scene shot in Providence, Rhode Island, for Girlfriend Video. She claims to have had anxiety attacks prior to filming scenes.
