Julia was a captivating sex starlet who burst on the scene in the early 1980's, already a veteran of lots of layouts in top men's magazines.
One of Julia's first adult productions was titled 'Let's Talk Sex' in 1982. She almost instantly became one of the most sought-after starlets in the then-exploding adult video industry, and with her supermodel looks and amazingly buxom body, it was easy to see why. Stardom seemed assured, but Julia quit the biz almost as quickly as she had come.
From the mid-80s' until her return to adult, Julia made several appearances in mainstream movies and television such as NBC's Night Court [1989] and Diff'rent Strokes [1985].
She made her return to adult in 1990, riding a wave of publicity following the revelation that she was in fact a distant cousin of country music superstar Dolly Parton.
After her return, Julia confined herself to lesbian scenes but that didn't stop her from once again becoming one of the most talked-about adult stars around. Her sultry sensuality and famous pedigree got her quite a bit of work during her second go-round. Julia left the adult industry again in 1994 to concentrate on a burgeoning strip career. In all, Julia appeared in about 50 adult features.
Julia continues to pursue her mainstream acting career, appearing most recently in a 2005 episode of USA's "Monk."
