Hello everyone my name is Carmen Ortega and below is brief bio on myself. I was born in Chiacago,IL. My dad is Equadorian and my mother's American. So we always spoke two languages in my house. I come from a pretty big family with nine other siblings. I am somewhere in the middle,yes I am a middle child! My mom and dad owned the first horse in carriage company in downtown Chicago. I went to a catholic school in Chicago for most of my younger years. After my mom and dad divorced I moved to Gainsville, FL. I went to school there for two years and ended moving back up north to graduate. After graduateing I didn't know what I wanted to do so I started bartending. In my spare time I became a personal trainer. I knew these were thing that just kept me busy and passed my time. People use to always ask me'' Are you a model ?'' And I would repily, ''no not really.'' So then I started entering random contests and I mostly always won. That's when I started shooting with local photographers, posting my pictures on different modeling sites and submiting to magazines. That is when I realized I loved being in front of the camera. I feel like this is my passion! I love being a part of something that is recognized everywhere. Now I am taking one day at a time to learn achieve as much as possible. I feel like there are no limits and it can only get better! Thank you for letting me share my dreams.
