I am a fitness model and National level Figure Competitor. I have a passion for Health and Fitness and wish to help as many people achieve the body that they not only deserve but dream of having.

I was a competitive gymnast for over 10 years and had found a great deal of satisfaction in training intensly as well as the nature of competition.

I located a school in Boca Raton, Florida called the Fitness Institute and made the move to Florida from California. I did not know one person when I came here, but loved the tropical weather and have been here in Fort Lauderdale ever since.

When I first arrived in Florida, I found a quaint little beach house. The rent was affordable and it was in a very quite area. This enabled me to concentrate on my studies.

In a year and a half I graduated from the Fitness Institute as a certified personal training specialist, CPTS. I went on to take my NSCA exam and became certified in that organization as well.

Last year in early 2005, I decided to get a few pictures taken sort of by chance. I posted those pictures on a popular modeling website and things just sort of took off from there.
